Lamination Processes

Many of the parts we manufactured for our customers require the lamination of two or more materials. Most common ones are the addition backing of pressure-sensitive adhesive to another substrate, such as sponge, foam, rubber and plastic films.

We are capable of accomplishing lamination processes without entrapping air or contaminates between the two substrates. Foamtec is very experienced at laminating dissimilar materials for complex applications.
