Foamtec’s custom-made material provides quality, customer-oriented solutions for sound dampening to the Hard Disk Drive. These foam materials are converted into acoustic foam gasket parts for sound dampening and insulation. We also convert gap pads and other thermal interface materials for thermal management of electronic components.
Foamtec has been supplying to the hard disk drive industry for more than twenty years. With state-of-the-art converting capabilities, raw materials are converted into Acoustic Foam Insulators and Thermal Pads.
Foamtec manufactures customized Acoustic Foam Insulators using specially developed polyurethane foam. We produce our PU Foam in our foaming plant in Laem Chabang, Chonburi-Thailand.
Foamtec also convert non-silicone heat conducting pads for thermal management of the integrated chips on the printed circuit boards of the hard disk drive.
